"I am the Director of Acquisition & Development for Heller Pacific. In this role I manage acquisition, entitlement, development, and construction activities for the company.
I was born in Walnut Creek, CA and grew up in the East Bay. My mom is from South Land Park and I have many fond memories of my family spending time in Sacramento visiting relatives.
I attended De La Salle High School and was lucky enough to play football for coach Bob Ladouceur. After high school I attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Engineering. Following college I went to work for the engineering consulting firm Black & Veatch. At Black & Veatch I worked as a Project Engineer and managed infrastructure development projects for major municipalities throughout Southern California. Additionally, to broaden my technical expertise, I attended Loyola Marymount University at night where I earned a Masters of Science and Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. While at Black & Veatch, I also passed the State of California's licensing exam and became a licensed Professional Civil Engineer.

Wanting to broaden my knowledge of finance, entrepreneurship, and the fundamentals of business I chose to attend the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). While at the GSB, I earned a Masters of Business Administration degree and enhanced my real estate skills through participation in the National Real Estate Finance Challenge and The Stanford/Cal Golden Shovel Competition.
After business school, I went to work for Fieldstone Communities Inc. in Southern California. While at Fieldstone I served in various capacities including Homebuilding Project Manager, Land Development Project Manager, and Vice President of Land Acquisitions. At Fieldstone I had the opportunity to entitle and develop residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California.
The desire to return to Northern California to be closer to family led me to joining Heller Pacific. My wife (an Elk Grove native) and our two boys enjoy living in the Sacramento area and I am energized professionally by the challenges and opportunities the region presents."
